SHIPPING

Orders will usually be shipped by UPS or Federal Express ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your zone. In most cases your order will arrive in 5 - 10 business days from the day the order was placed. Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada should contact us at support@activescrubs.com for shipping and handling fees.

RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering from ActiveScrubs.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving the item. There is a 10% restocking fee for any item returned without exchange for a different size or color. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges and the restocking fee.

WARRANTIES

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JCS Marketing Associates. ActiveScrubs.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ActiveScrubs.com at no charge.

SALES TAXES

ActiveScrubs.com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Texas. If you order within the state of Texas, you will be charged an additional 8.25% for sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 12 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@activescrubs.com to cancel an order.
