Q:  Do you ship to all states in the United States?

A:  We ship to the lower 48 states using UPS Ground shipping.  We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii with prior approval.  You will need to contact us with your order via phone or email.  At that time your shipping costs would be determined and your product shipped.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We do not accept American Express at this time.

Q:  What name will appear on my credit card statement?

A:  Your credit card bill will show the charge coming from JCS Marketing Associates.

Q:  Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

A:  Since most orders are shipped through UPS we are unable to send orders to a P.O. Box.  However, if you have no physical address, please email us to see if we can arrange alternative shipping.
